Karen was extremely efficient in communication between myself and the seller. All requirements were met as needed, and most times Karen was ahead of the game and had everything ready to go. This was probably the easiest and most enjoyable property settlement I have experienced — thank you very much.
Karen was brilliant. She answered clearly and quickly to all of our queries leading up to and after our offer. She went above and beyond in providing us with all the information we needed, was a fantastic communicator, and we were very happy to work with her through this process. She was particularly accommodating of our situation in needing to view the land within a specific time frame given that we currently live interstate. Cannot recommend her enough.
